- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
