  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy, shaking the pan halfway through. Meanwhile, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
