- 8 oz fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, until fragrant.
