  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks. If the cauliflower falls apart, you can roast the florets instead.
