- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, creating about 4-5 steaks. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, rosemary, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix in the olive oil until the mixture is well-coated and crumbly.
