  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
